School Induction🎒📚

 As apart of first year B Ed curriculum, five day school induction programme was conducted by our college from 31.10.2022 to 04.11.2022. There were 23 schools in the program. Students arranged into 23 groups. We group of 6 people,  selected Government High School pooyappalli for this school induction programme.The main objective of the school induction programs was, to provide the student teacher an opportunity to have primary experience with the functioning of school, meeting the students informally to know their interest and background in learning, observing the social climate of the school, to acquaint with the school environment and day today functioning of the school. 

The five days at school  literally gave us different experience as a teacher or student teacher. We got to know about the nature of students, school, teachers, etc. After the five day programme, reflection section was arranged at college, coordinated by Riju sir. Everyone from the 23 groups had to participate in the reflection section. Each and everyone shared their own experiences and memories. They also shared the achievements as well as drawbacks of their respective school. Reflection section lasted for 3 days.
