We have completed three weeks in school. So it was time to reflect what we have gone through past week.On 25/11/2023 third week reflection was conducted at general seminar hall.
Representatives from different schools came forward the names of different schools and representatives who came forward are mentioned in a sequential order :-

Finally Teacher Called out the name of Gopika from Mathematics Department to share her experience in Marthoma HS Kottarakara.
At last the reflection ended. Representatives from 22 different schools reflected. All of them had both positive and negative experiences. Some of them didn't get enough period to cover Lesson Plans but some of them were getting too much substitution periods.Some of the said about lack of facilities in school.Similarly some of them were facing difficulty in classroom management and discipline.
About my past week experience i had a very nice experience in the past week. Overall we had a nice as well as difficult experience in the past week.
